RYANAIR TO START FLYING TO LARNACA CYPRUS
RYANAIR will start flights between Larnaca, Brussels, and Girona (Near Barcelona) from 1st December 2010. Fares start at 16.99 EURO oneway including taxes! This is just another example of how the newly completed Larnaca airport is increasing the amount of flights to and from Cyprus. Ryanair plans to expand its network and make Cyprus into a small hub with flights to European and Middle Eastern destinations.

LARNACA AND PAPHOS CHEAP PROPERTIES CYPRUS
Most of south Cyprus has reasonable priced property compared with the UK. Paphos and surrounding properties are popular with english retirees and expats. As a result crime and drunkenness are more prevalent here. Larnaca is cleaner and safer as their are more locals living in this area, and it is a place to live, more than to spend just a few weeks holiday a year. Properties are also cheaper around Larnaca.

There are many properties in the republic of Cyprus. Pafos properties are very popular along with areas such as Tersefanou, Argaka, Aphrodite hills and so on. Property in these areas has increased in price considerably in recent years. Property in Northern Cyprus as far cheaper as land ownership / rights are questionable in many cases.
